About

Welcome! Hi This is Anandita, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Graduate Art Therapist (in training).

I offer online psychotherapy aka traditional talk therapy and art-based counselling for individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and couples. My approach combines conversation with creative expression to help you process emotions, gain insight, and build resilience.

In our sessions, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, stress, grief, trauma, or emotional challenges, I’ll work alongside you using both therapeutic dialogue and art-making to support healing, personal growth, and a deeper connection to yourself.

In our remote sessions, you can expect a mix of meaningful conversation and creative exploration. We may work with materials like paper, markers, paints, or any art supplies you have on hand, using them as tools to express emotions and uncover insights. Alongside the art-making, we’ll engage in guided discussions to help you process your experiences and move toward your goals—all from the comfort of your own space.
